1. Web Developer
Positions
• 2 positions, Full-Time
Job description
• Writes design/implementation documentation
• Participates in design/code reviews
• Creates, units test, maintains and troubleshoots software applications
• Creates prototype/test applications
• Works with members of project teams to ensure specifications are satisfied
• Adheres to strict delivery schedules
Requirements
• At least 2 years of Java programming experience
• Good knowledge and understanding about J2EE architecture, Core J2EE Design Patterns, OOP, Struts, Hibernate, Spring, PHP, Microsoft .Net.
• Knowledge of Groovy & Grails would be additional advantage
• Experienced with at least the core J2EE technologies: Servlet/JSP, EJB, AJAX
• Possess analytical and report writing skills as well as ability to work independently
• A good command of English communications skills (speaking, reading and writing)
• Priority will be given to those who are experienced in international software development projects and/or certified by Sun (CJP, CJD, CJA).
Education/Training
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/IT
• Technician’s/Diploma’s Degree in Computer Science/IT can be considered

2. Mobile Developer
Positions
• 2 positions, Full-Time
Job description
• Receive & clarify requirements from Project Manager; and transfer to development team.
• Handle a small team of developers, manage development plan, responsible for quality of the works.
• Communicate with stakeholders for work status.
• Do development works, new technical research/report, proof of concept for new products.
• Solve technical problems and do technical training to the developers.
Requirements
• Experience: 3 years
• Communicate fluently in English and Vietnamese (very important since we've been working directly with Singapore team)
• Good experience in one of the environment: J2ME, Symbian, iPhone, Android.
• Optional experience: Android, Brew, Windows Mobile, Java Servlet, Java desktop application, PHP, MySQL
• Good base in IT-Software, including Web/Desktop/Mobile application, database, OOP application design, hardware and networking.
• Understands Internet and Internet based applications.
• Good experience in office tools: Word, Excel, Presentation tools, MS Project.
• Management skills manage a small team.
• Good ability to study new platform or environment.
